i need YOUR help! integra question before purchase!
im about to get an integra shell, which aparently has damage to the rear quarter panel...i have to drive 2hrs to check out the car and he doesn't have pictures yet...the shell is cheap, so im thinking about getting it, but worst case scenario...how much does it cost for quarter panel surgery, lol. i searched and saw a few thread, but none have answers... im talkin, like cutting and rewelding patch panels or whatever it takes, because if its tons of money no point in picking up this shell...but if its manageable...then i'll get it. thanks in advance guys...
ps-if theres a thread that answers this, then just link me, no need to flame, and mods please delete thread if im starting a thread that's already been done

I don't understand your question. But if your talking about replacing the quarter, figure around $500-600 for the quarter alone, almost that in labor, plus paint. ***** not cheap
not worth it IMO. hondas rust in the quarters because they have a rubber coating on the inside of the quarters(no its not undercoat). this rubber coating traps moisture and bam you have rust. once you replace the quarters it will only be a temporary fix. when you heat up the metal to weld the patch to the existing metal it creats a weak spot that will only rust sooner then later
