Default Power loss when AC on.

I loose alot of power when ever I use my A/C. The idle drops to less then
1000 rpm and feels as if it is going to shut-off. Is there a reason for this? Could the fuel filter need changeing or the fuel pump? I spoke to a machanic at the honda dealer, and he told me that this is normal because of the load the A/C puts on the car. I don't think so. It just started doing this. Any suggestions?

This is usually correct. Do you have a vibration at idle that is worse with the a/c on?

Yes, the car vibrate's like crazy as if it's going to shut-off.

You may have a bad motor mount. (Usually the rear.)

i hate the parasitic power loss that ac causes on our smaller displacement motors. on v6's you can't even tell.

Your engine has an accute case of CondensorVTECitis. You must quickly replace engine with JDM H22A, and purchase an NX Nitrous kit with bottle heater blanker, and remove bottle opener and install it. After which, you must accelerate to 88mph, and throw the switch that activates the flux capicator so that your centrifial distribulator solenoid has time to get up to the proper RPM.
