Default 97 CIVIC brake conversion SI

I just converted the brakes on my 97 civic about 6 months ago and never had a problem. CAR WAS STOLEN and they cut a line and took Caliper. I REPLACED FRONT CALIPERS AND SHORT RUBBER LINE> THE PROBLEM NOW IS THAT ALL FOUR WHEELS ARE NOW LEAKING BRAKE FLUID. I Didnt bleed brakes with machine.
ANY IDEAS WHAT MIGHT BE THE PROBLEM AND HOW TO FIX IT???????????????
