Don't rattle can it flat black. That's facking stupid. All the ricers do it to give it the cf look yo!

Get a can of whatever color your car is and take your time and you can get a pretty good looking paint job.

I just bought the duplicolor frost white from Pep-Boys, fixed the rust, applied some kitty-hair fiberglass, a little mud, sand again, primer, sand with 400 grit after, 3 coats of color, dry, 3 coats of clear, dry, 1000 grit>1500 grit wet-sanding, 3m buff, and polish.

Do not flat black. It will look ghetto. My whole DB started out as satin and it sucks. Thats why I am rattle canning the entire body and door-jams a couple of panels at a time. Here is a pic of a close-up. No shine at all:

You can try some krylon and rustoleuem colors from Home Depot, Lowes, or Menards. They might have colors that are close. And definitely use the rustoleuem crystal clear, that ish is the best clear coat. Good luck.

I just bought a WW lip from a local guy here in ATL and it was stripped ready for paint. I went to Walmart and got a can of Black and a can of Red Fusion paint.
I started to paint it red and so far have got 2 coats on it and need to wet sand it but so far it looks like once I put a clear coat over it, it will match the Milano Red perfectly and actually look better than the rest of my paint job.
I have read where Rustoleum is close to Milano as well but haven't tried it yet. If it is close, i'm gonna re-paint my front bumper with it and get rid of all the scratches on my lower bumper.

I had my rear bumper plastic filled (6" long 1" deep scratch) and painted for $200. Color match was 95%, as in, good enough that most people can't tell, but I can in direct sunlight.

"Import red" was the color name. Unfortunately I couldn't see the paint brand before he reduced and sprayed. He did not to a proper tricoat paint, like Milano Red actually is. Maybe that will help.

Regardless of initial look, a rattle can will never last as long as a two-component sprayed paint.

If you do it right you can make it turn ot great.. I have done it to a few of my cars mainly the front ends you know not taken angles and scrapping the front lip can be costly for as many times you would have to take it in too re-paint it so why not spray bomb the front bumper if it looks good why not? saves me a butt load in the end..... and i still win shows..
