Default buying some new wheels need advice on offset and width

im looking into getting some 15in wheels for my civic to replace the 16's i bought it with. Ive been looking into the rota slipstreams
Im curious what rim width you guys would recommend if i plan on using 205 tires? I have the options: 6.5in, 7in, 7.5in, and 8in
I was thinking 7.5in since 205mm is close to that size?

Another thing is what offset do you guys use/recommend with that setup? I can choose from +20, +30, and +40. Im not to sure if ride height matters much but Im running stock springs and shocks at the moment but plan on upgrading to full coilovers in the near future so it will be sitting a little lower.
