Icon2 ROTA wheels offset?

I have a '00 Civic Si lowered by about 1-1.5 inches. I'm looking to purchase 16x7 ROTA GT3 wheels. The offset is +45.

My problem is that the stock wheel size is 15x7 with a +40 offset. Am I going to have issues with the new wheels rubbing?

Any additional opinions? This is my first purchase of set of nicer wheels. Don't wanna mess it up.

it's just a term for "using" why don't you just dry fit them lower the car down and see if it rubs(it won't) you'r drop is minimal and it's not a crazy offset like 00

I have 205/45/17's with a 40 offset and I rubbed with about a 1.5-2 inch drop

Had those exact same wheels. If I do remember they sent me 3 that had a 45 offset and 1 that had a 40 offset. I was pissed... point is that they come in 40 offset. Shop around and get what you want the first time.
