Default What spring rates would be appropriate?

I'm ordering GC springs and I wanted something a little stiffer than the "default." The guy I was going to order from said the regular rate is 250 and most guys (who order custom rates) order something in the 300 range. Some even go into the 400's. My EK is an everyday driver with the occasional autocross outing. Any recommendations???

It seems like no one really runs GC's in this section of HT, too bad.. i do know that the type R is 240/240 stock I also know guys who think thier 400/600 is not performing how they want so they bump up even more. Heck! you might as well get some buddy club's or ziel's and run 16k/18k but we already figuered this out..... sorry had to post luke.

-nate (thinks seeing the dentist because my filings were shook loose out of me is the right spring rate )

i believe the itr springs are 250/250. they handle very well. you might want something in the 300-500 range. the lower end of the spectrum if you want it to be street, the higher end of the spectrum if your more into autoxing
