The only thing that I could think of is to take out the SRS light bulb out from your cluster.

pull the SRS fuse out of the panel, that should do it.

I'm still trying to decide whether to do mine or not. I've got the hub and my beloved 320mm Momo Corse that I've had in 2 other cars, but it feels so wrong to remove the airbag on my street car. Retaining the horn and cruise is a project too on Civic's since the reel has to come off before the hub goes on.

driving without an airbag in a SRS equipped car is illegal. Federal offense. Keep that in mind.

and who enforces that offense? I would not fail NY State inspection for not having an airbag.

If you tell the insurance company that the airbag is removed, they should still cover you but will adjust your rates accordingly.

airbags are wack...why is fair for crx's to come with out an airbag; they're like the most dangerous honda....all of a sudden cars just have to have airbags...i say you put the steering wheel on. i like the srs light on btw. it looks dope with my amber interior lighting.lol..

Just unplug the yellow connector on the back of the gauge cluster. Take care of that. I did it on mines cause I got a Momo Race on my whip.

When my 93 Civic was in an accident, insurance didn't give a rats *** about my air bag not even working. Hondas body shop fixed my car, free of course, but I don't even think I have an air bag. And the accident was head on.
