H22A NGK spark plugs (ZFR6F - 11 or BKR7E - 11)???

I am running a stock H22A with bolt ons and I was wondering what spark plug I should use. Also, I bought some NGK ZFR6F - 11 spark plugs (S#4291). Would these work for my car? Or should I go with some NGK BKR7E - 11 (S#6097)?

if your motor is stock use recommended ngk plugs.
