i see on the original classified post, that 2 people vouched for him and said he was a "good guy". what's up with that? maybe you're blowing things out of proportion. are you sure you've been screwed? do you have his phone #?

Good luck on getting your cash back. I think he should be in contact with you almost constantly for that amount of money. I know your honest and have done business with you before. As for mr Phaze i hope he is also. His profile lists him at 47 years old, seems a little old to be an Honda fanatic but i may be wrong. Give him a few days or ill tell you what the same thing will probably happen as it did with me. A few peope on H-T stepped up and questioned the guy and got me my cash back. They even went as far as to jump a private gate at the dudes development. That was in Palm Springs also although not the same name. Good luck

well, if this guy doesn't return emails or phone calls by Monday at 12pm EST, I will follow through with mail fraud and wire fraud (internet), I have all rescent emails printed and the honda-tech page printed..I also have the copy of the bank check and the bank where it was cashed, his name, addy, phone # and even social security #(uncle was part of the fbi ), last person my cousin prosecuted for the same thing received 18 yrs in jail...I'm hoping for at least the same if this guy is not legit

 

i NEVER send money order or checks... i always use credit card... about 4-5 times i got ripped off by some stupid private seller and i ended up getting my money back from the CC company after i showed them proof. goodluck dude

 

just called him up, he sounded pretty upset about the whole ordeal...and he asked if there is anything small he could throw in to make up for the ****, because his computer crashed and he couldn't get online to get my address or phone #, so he wrote down my info and all the **** will be shipped to me by monday. so hopefully he pulls through!

Good luck with getting your money back. 18 years of jail time for mail fraud? Sounds a little harsh. Title 18 of United States Code, Sections 1341 and 1346, which deals with mail fraud, carries a maximum penalty of five years per count.

The max this guy will do is 5 years, and if you have all of his vitals, it'd be very easy to catch him. Unless your cousin is a postal inspector, there isn't much he can do to bring jail time to this guy. If he is a civil attorney, the most he could do is file a complaint against this guy and bring him to civil court.

The first thing you should do is give your postal inspector a call and file a mail fraud complaint. If you have all his info, he will be contacted pretty quickly and be summoned to appear in court to face mail fraud charges.

Never let any bitch rip of you off. If you let him get away with this, he'll be back fvcking someone else next week.

I'd kill bitches for lesser excuses, but for $4500, I'd kill them, their family, and their dog.

 

Give me his personal information, ie Name, Phone Number, Address etc. I have access to his credit Could give him a little scare.
