matter the track conditions man....just try out different tire pressure and whatever u feel is the best run it...theres way to many factors just to tell you how much...if ur running street tires like u are its not really gonna make a difference just like doing a burn out on street tires not gonna make a difference

????????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1.) That's a pretty vague question. Adding what type of track you're talking about would help. Also, Kumho made more than 1 type of tire. Which kumho?

2.) It's IMPOSSIBLE to answer on the interwebz. It depends on a lot of things. Dial it in yourself.

if your going to run a few times.. i sayy jus run the regular 32-35 psi first then change it up slightly afterwards...thats if u dont find out the proper pressure by the timeu get to the track..

IIRC, Kumho makes more than 1 type of ecsta.

You STILL haven't specified what type of track. I'll assume you're going to drag race. You can't safely run 10psi on street radials. I think 10psi may even be a bit low for drag radials. If I'm not mistaken, BFG recommends no lower than 12-15Psi for their DRs.

Your B16A makes 111lb of torque. Do you really think you're going to have traction issues? If the track is prepped, you won't spin much even if you launch from redline.

Go to the track and just figure it out. Run the stock PSI and see what the car does.
