the car turns off when braking, using turn signals or turning on headlights intermittent ? any ideas what could be causing the problem?

You might have low idle speed. Where is the needle on the tachometer when the car is sitting at idle (warmed up, in park with everything off)

the tac rest at 700 when idle. it seems to be some sort of electrical problem since the call will stall even when its rolling and in gear. all the car needs to stall is just to hit the brakes or turn on a blinker or even the headlights. and the alternator and battery are ok as well
any ideas?

Do you have anything aftermarket installed? That sounds like something a malfunctioning alarm would do.

I hate to say it but I think you're going to have to go to a dealership or another shop that has Honda specific diagnostic equipment.
There are a million things that could cause a stalling condition. It will be a lot easier for a scan tool to pick out what happened.
What state do you live in? I can do it cheap to free if you live nearby.

but i was planning on taking it to my mechanic today. he is being doing all my hondas for a while now. ill post what the problem was...the only thing that it might be hard to diagnose is that i dont get any warning lights so i dont know if the computer is picking it up or not.
but thanks for the help

If the engine is stalling on it's own a scan tool capable of taking a "snapshot" (picture of the sensor inputs and ECU outputs at the time of the stall) will be able to see what happened. The check engine light will not always turn on with a condition like this.

the problem was that the ground wire on the engine block was loose. the mechanic cant explain how it got loose but after getting the screw back to its original position the problem is gone

Glad you got it fixed. I would have never guessed that.
