Just wanted to say hi to everyone. I recently sold my 95 Del Sol and picked up a 00 Accord V6 coupe. The car is so much better then all the civics I've owned. I had owned seven civics and one del sol up to that point. It rides better, runs smoother and is far more comfortable. I loved the civics, I just recognize a better vehicle when I drive it. Either way, just wanted to introduce myself. I run the parts counter at a very large salvage yard. So, if you guys need anything I'd be more then happy to help out.

I hope you are aware of the issues the V6 auto tranny had during those year Accords. If not, search and you'll find a bunch on it.

 

Very aware, but thanks for the heads up. I've already set a tranny aside here at work just in case. We got one last week and they never last long, so I went ahead and bought it.

 

ha... Well, thats a good place to work to get parts for your car.
