Default crack in water housing

i have a b16 and i have a crack in the housing that the upper rad hose goes into, where the bleeder screw is. I'm not sure what this part is called? Just wonder if you can buy a new one from honda and what i should be asking them for?

If you can buy a new one, does someone have torque specs for installing it, i couldn't find them in the manual.

Thanks, I found it on the 94 delsol vtec, but same diagram, number 6. but that diagram shows the bleeder screw and its a different part number. There's no gasket on the diagram either, shouldn't there be a gasket?

any idea on torque specs?
