i got a 96 cx hatch all stock, only problem is that the gas pedals feels little stiff, somewhat harder to press then my most other civics. any ideas?

try turning your tb by hand, if it's not sticky or tough to turn, then try disconnecting the cable, and putting some good 3 in 1 (sewing machine oil) down the cable, or possibly some penetrating fluid if you don't have any 3 in 1.

if that doesn't help, then try looking at the actual pedal mechanism for any obvious problems.
