Fuel with P30 pistons in B18B???

Fuel with P30 pistons in B18B???
I just rebuilt my B18B motor and decided to up the compression and drop in P30 pistons. Now I know that I should run premium fuel due to the compression but my question is, before I took out the motor, I had about 3/4 of gas left that was 89 fuel. Would it be fine to run this fuel to go to the gas station and pump in 91? Or will it be best to just open up the fuel tank from inside and pour in some 91? Thanks
