Default Daytime Running Lights = NOT WORKING!

I need some assistance fast!

I just got back from driving around and my girlfriend was driving behind me. She calls me up and tells me my light's aren't working...

What can cause this?

I checked the DRL fuse (10a) and it was good, switched it with another just in case. Still a no go.

I recently had my passenger side front blinker housing fall out and i ran over it ripping the bulbs and bulb holder off the harness. So basically it's just some open wires hanging/swinging around.

That is the only problem with my lighting that i know of. So i am thinking maybe it is grounding out on something or maybe i need to have the bulb holder and bulbs in place to complete the wiring circuit.

Reverse Light, Brake Light, Left Blinker, Right Blinker... All those indicators are working. Just not the DRL.

PLEASE SOMEONE ASSIST ME!
