Default Can you paint over single stage urethane?

I'm going to paint the interior door panels again... first time I did it, I sanded the plastic, sprayed an epoxy primer, sanded, then a single stage acrylic urethane.

Question is,
can I just sand the single stage, then lay urethane base coat and clear on top?

Or do I have to sand the single stage, put more primer, then base coat and clear coat?

Yeah I mean, I can sand it off. I was just curious if I had to or not, or if adhesion would be a problem if I painted right overtop of the SIngle stage urethane.

itll be fine if you prep it well, bulldog it and seal it. knocking it down and priming it wouldnt be a bad idea either.
