Default Which Anti Sway Bar(s) to use?

Guys, i'm in the market for some anti sway bar(s) for my 95 civic ex coupe. I was really interested in the Suspension Tech. Bars set, but i've hear from some people that the rear bar hits the exhaust, and you need to goto an exhaust shop so they can bend the exhaust to make the bar fit properly. Is this true?
I guess the S/T bar set is pretty cheap too, only around 250 bux. Most other bars are about 200+ dollars for just ONE bar!
Anyone have any suggestions? I want NEUTRAL handling with NO snap oversteer if possible. Should i go both front and rear, or just rear? Is it going to make that much of a difference if i use a front bar too?
Any opinions?
Thanks

The thing is you have to build your suspension all together.....what spring rates are you running to run with thicker bars. Do you have adjustable shocks? Coilovers?

Are you planning on a 19mm or 21mm rear bar?

My bad, i totally forgot. I have FULL H&R coilovers, and i'm not sure what the spring rates are on those. Thats it for suspension goodies. I do have a greddy exhaust if that matters. (for the rear bar to clear)
Also, i've heard bigger rear bars can tear out the subframe. How big of a bar would do this. How could you prevent this? Could you prevent it by using lower and upper strut bars?
Thanks

The only way to prevent tearout is to either get a small bar or a subframe brace.

I would look in the Road/Racing forum and see what those guys are happy with. I have seen some who were using a 19 then upgraded to a 21 and totaly hate it.
