Default loud vibration noise

the car is a 91 si with b16 swap

ok im having a hard time finding out where the noise is coming from. it sound like its coming from the axels area. but im not sure. its not the wheel bearing. the noise only happen when the engine has a load.

What you dont like all the rain lol

The rubbing will be a thin line on the cv shaft. if not that recheck wheel bearings with the car in the air and spin the tires all of them. look for loose bolts. look at your exhaust for rubbing marks

Make sure the lug nuts are properly set, and not cross threaded.

Had a similar issue from a car, and it only makes the rattling noise when moving and with a load.

My definition of load is when the car is moving.

If not, that, good luck. try what the other guy is saying, it all helps.

Did you cut/grind the mount off of the front cross member?

i checked all the mounts and there perfectly fine. when i was looking under the car i look at the passenger side axle and it seem that its not setting all the way in the hub. you think thats the problem? remember i took out all the dust seal. i been doing some research and some people said that the 89 teg axle would kind fix the problem because there a little shorter.

Thats were i feel i am getting all my problems from, the passenger side axle. I dont think a straight 89 teg axle will work?

I wonder if this is just an Si problem because i have lots of buddies with Ef's and for the passeneger side axle they all use the 90-93 integra axle and have no problems???
