Default installing manual trans. to a motor with an auto trans?

i currently have a 94 civic thats manual. and a friend of mine is trying to sell me a automatic b18b1 swap. I have a manual gsr tranny that i want to put into it. But my question is what other things do i need to make a manual trans work on a motor that originally had a automatic trans.?

thanks

complete clutch (clutch disc, pressure plate, pilot bearing, throwout bearing, pressure plate bolts) flywheel and flywheel bolts (you can't reuse the bolts holding the flex plate on as they are too short)

Most of the wiring is the same, except the automatic would have additional wires to the transmission.

timing belt mount is the same, upper transmission mount is different and so is the rear T mount. Wiring should be the same D-series definately use the same harness between automatic and manual for OBD1, haven't had the opportunity to look at an automatic integra harness yet.
