stero wont work :(

Default stero wont work :(

lets see, hmm i took out my deck to show my friend how to instal one, but when i tried putting in back in it didnt work. all the wires are connected. replaced some of the fuses but still nothing. wat else can be wrong with it? thanks in advance

IDK if you checked.... but does your clock reset to 1:00 when you turn the car off? if so there is a memory fuse under the hood (7.5) thats the one that i always see blow when people play with the radio wires, with the battery connected.

not the clock on the deck but the clock on your dash (assuming you have one)

this is why you always disconnect the negative on the battery before any work involving electricity.

Go under your hood, look for the back up fuse, and check it. its not one of the big fuses, if you dont have the cover just check it all.

memory fuse should be a 7.5 its for the radio power, and clock. thats why if your clock is at 1:00 its the memory.
