Default Stabilizer bars

What does it mean when car specs has this for stabilizer bars: xx mm / xx mm. I know it's front/rear, but what do the measurements mean? Is it how thick the bars are?

Also, what do stabilizer bars do, and is that another name for strut bars?

pretty sure they refer to anti-sway bars, and measured in millimeters or sometimes inches for american companies.

They do what the term says, helps stabilize the car.

Stabalizer bars are also known as antisway bars and antiroll bars as I have heard them refered to as aswell. What they do is prevent body roll andcan change the way weight transfers in turns.
