Car is 95 civic coupe and when i turn on the blower it blows at my feet no matter what setting it is on???? Also the temperture control wont move all the way to cold FULLY<U></U>

im guessing the vents are blocked or someting but how do i clean them if they are..???

there is a bind somewhere in the cable from the main vent itself to the ****. put your head to the right of your ashtray and look up under your dash you should see a cable connecting to a rod, that is your AC/heat ****. check it out.
