how to remove ignition cylinder 91 lx

hi, i'm trying to figure out how to replace my ignition cylinder because i lost my keys. the manual says to turn the ignition to the O position, but i can't. is there a simpler way that i can do with by either busting the ignition with a screwdriver or something?

well you could pay a lock smith do it for a price or save time and money and pop it with a screw driver

This is super sketch.

How about you go to Honda, pay $15 and have a brand new key made for you in <10 minutes.

Oh you'll need to prove it's your car btw
