hockey puck motor mounts??

Has anyone ever heard of using hockey pucks as a motor mount? im a little tight with cash and need mounts so someone told me to get hockey pucks and im trying to find out more about it.

Yeah I have seen it done... kinda alot of effort to get em to fit right
