Head question: 92 d15 head on to a 87 d15block will it work

Just like the title, Will the head off a 92 d15 work on my carbed d15 block. Found one on craigslist for cheap. And I'm in the process off pulling the stock head off to have it checked.

Short Answer: No
Long Answer: Hell No
The 1988 and later Hondas are very different in nearly every regard from the 1987 and earlier Hondas.
