The gearing may be different with each variation, but the the transmissions themselves are the same.

the half shaft (the part that connects the driver side axle to the transmission) is different between the H and F series. On the H series the half shaft has a male end sticking out for the axle to slide onto whereas on the F series the half shaft has a female end for the axle to slide into. I hope I didn't get that backwards, it's been a while.

Lovely post, but you don't have a driver side F axle
sorry to thread jack, but while you guys are all on this topic I had a couple questions. I currently have accord shafts on my h22 accord tranny combo in my 92 accord but was thinking about going with upgraded prelude shaft/half shaft when i swap the engine in my 94 accord. However, I have heard of people having issues with binding when doing this but have read (in the faq swap section) that if i uses some washers? it will fix this? does anyone have any extra info on this?
I was refering to 94H22accord 's post on this forum....

"- used Prelude shafts - much stronger - the splines are about 1/16 of an inch too long - get some industrial strength washers, and grind if necessary to fit onto hub "
Thanks guys
