Default muffler

if i put JUST a 3A racing muffler on my car, with the stock pipes, it will change the sound of my car, right?

Yes, it will make it sound like a bumble bee or weed whacker most likely.

Fart can exhausts went out of style...well, I'm not sure they were ever cool.

I would just leave the stock muffler, especially since you will be using the stock piping. I hope you're not expecting to gain any power...
