I'm about to have a d16z6 dropped into my 1993 CX hatchback.

I've got a d15b8... is the AC compressor bracket the same as on a d16z6? Can I unbolt, and rebolt it to the d16z6?

it should be the same. if it doesnt fit, then buy the one for the z6.

i remember on mines, since i took out the ac, the bracket has 4 bolt holes for the ac compressor. and on the eg's that didnt have a/c, the bracket was different to a point where its a bit smaller and has no holes to mount the compressor

 

I'm having a shop do it next week... Hoping to drive home with AC goin. Don't know if I need to buy a different bracket or if my stock one will work...
