Default MUGEN GP WHEELS

Do you guys think the MUGEN GP wheels would look good on a ITR? Does anyone have any pics of these wheels on an ITR?

She also said that these wheels have a crappy offset for the DC2. She is really outta control.

Mugen Si wheels are offered in 18x7.5 +48. Not too bad looking-fitment is tight.

I have to agree with the others, anything larger than a 16in rim is too big for an ITR...wheel are clean though.

Meh, a 17x7 rim will fit just fine. Saying that it's too big is just a matter of personal preference. As a matter of fact, practically all of the local ITR, CRX, and EG Civic race cars I've seen in sanctioned motorsports up here have been running a 17 rim in order to fit bigger brakes.

There are no fitment issues whatsoever with a 17x7 if your offset is correct, and any degradation of performance regarding rotational inertia or the like is so minuscule, it'd be considered negligible.

The way I see it, any wheel that can enable you to run a bigger brake setup, or a wider tire, is going to be worth your while.

On the other hand, if the wheel weighed 25 pounds and was covered in chrome, the previous statement would be retracted

Yeah, thats a pretty awesome offset if you like to be able to stuff your fist inside the fender. If you like them to look somewhat good, it needs to be a lot lower.

Edit: I've got 17x7.5 +40 for my daily wheels on the ITR. Fitment could be better, but I'm not gonna complain.

Nah, you can fit 20's and look good.

I've had them on my PY ITR here for a while now and I get props at all of the local shows.

Well, I painted it yellow and put a B18C5 in it so it's basically a Type R. Don't hate.
