Default wiring. blown fuses

this is for anyone who's a wiring guru. and please if this post is in the wrong section if someone cud redirect it. i have a 95 ex coupe. some one had wired an alarm system in it previous to me. wen i got it, none of the interior lights worked. the cluster or the climate, and it had no radio, so i wudn't know if it worked. i checked all the fuses, and only the 10a fuse for the L headlight lowbeam was blown, and around the 15a radio fuse, it seems like it was burnt. so i took all the wiring out for the alarm system, tied up all the lose ends. checked the fuses under the hood, they are all good. everything is back together, and still no interior lights, no radio. everything else, p/windows, sunroof, even the cruise control button lights up. the interior wiring harness does not seem to be mangled up or mistreated, and i highly doubt any wires are burnt up.if anyone cud help as to wat this might be. and if im forgetting any major details, i wrote alot, so i might have forgotten something thank you. in advance.

it sounds like you have a short to ground somewhere.

no it means like you may have an exposed wire somewhere and before it finishes the circuit it keeps shorting out on the body. (ground) short to ground. it'll make you blow fuses madly

an update. i worked on it a little bit more today. everytime i switch the headlight beam on, i blow the fuse for the corresponding L headlight fuse. i looked at the left headlight, and their are 3 major connectors, top, left and right connectors. the top one was exposed, and the wire seemed to be burnt at the beggining where it connects to the bulb. wat cud i do to fix this problem. is the connector something that i cud buy at honda dealership???
