Default What plug and what gap

This is for a motor that is in my daily driver. I pulled the plugs and they are white, it's not the timing or the AFR. My tunner reccomended NGK 4554 but I think I need a colder plug. Which one should I get? I want something I can get at a local parts store.

Also, what gap should I set it at? I have a B16 head on a Gsr block. Should I set the gap to the GSR specs or the Type R/B16 specs?

Specs of the motor-
Gsr block, .20 over
Stock Gsr crank/rods
RS Machine Type R pistons
Alaniz Comp ported head
Blox Bs
Lots of other goodies

Ok, I've done a bit of searching.

Would the BKR-7E-11s be better for me or am I just putting the same heat range back in?

Stock gsr are a 6 heat range, those you listed are a 7, which means range colder.
The 11S means its already gapped to 1.1mm or .044"

I used NGK platinum plugs that were gapped for a GSR and I have no problem. I have almost identical setup as you.

GSR: bored to 81.75
RS ITR pistons
Alaniz street p&p
sk2 stg1
and other goodies...

Just to give you some perspective...

Specifically, which plugs?

If I switch from the 4554 to the 7Es, I will be going from a current heat range of 8 to 7. I wonder if I am running to cold of a plug right now.
