just bought a 89 dx hatch and the guy i bought it from said that he was cranking it over and smoke started coming from the dizzy... i took the cap off but there is no signs of melted wires or parts...anyone else had the same prob or any help? thanks in advance.

 

does it run? did you check the outter wires that plug into the dizzy. if ya need a new one i have a good used one that needs a cap
