Question about dizzy

OK so i have one of those clear caps on my dizzy and i have noticed the motor will skip for a sec every now and then. So i opened the hood while the car was going and noticed that by one of my plug wires that sometimes the spark goes away for a lil then comes back. So im thinking i need a new dizzy right? thanks for any help

try replacing the cap, rotor and wires, first.
