Is it cheaper to lsd my current gsr tranny or buy another with lsd built in...

It all depends if you are going to do it yourself or have a shop do it.

Buying a tranny that already has one is always nice but then who knows what could be wrong with it.

So, know who your buying it from, or have patiences and time and do it yourself.
