Default driveability issue!!! help!

AH! this issue is driving my brother and i crazy! first off all, the car was originally mine, but i gave it to him. when i had the car, i had these crazy driveability issues with it. it ran fine when i first got it for atleast 2-3 months. then all of a sudden one day it happened. the car would bog like crazy when you drive it regularly. it coul happen out of no where. basically you would try to keep the revs up, then it would bog and bog and bog. i'd hit the throttle and it would seem to almost not do anything. there would be a delayed reaction, then it would drive for a split second ten bog again. and then if you were lucky, it wouldn't die on you. most of the time it would and then you would just have to wait a bit and then it wold start up again. after i gave it to my brother it ran fine for almost more than half a year on a p28 ECU that he swapped into it. it previously had the jdm p72 when i had it. he did a couple more upgrades to it, drove it, raced it... it was fine. just recently it started again!! he took it to 3 different "high performance" shops and they couldn't find out what it was either. they replace the MAP/TPS sensors... re soldered all the crappy wiring done by the guy i bought the car from, new battery, starter, alternator, battery cables, fuel filter. i replaced the fuel pump when i thought it was the problem. but yet no luck. i'm thinking it might be the injectors, but then again why would it run fine for atleast a year and then start up again? CEL is on... knock sensor and O2 sensor(2nd not hoked up). i know those don't have to do anything with it... or does it?! i need help people!! AH!!! my brother hasn't gone to work for 2 days because of this!

it almost sounds the same but my car actually starts.. (when it wants to) i'm not really sure what it is! for some reason i feel like it's an electrical problem. i'm gonna have to tell my brother to check out the wiring from the battery to starter/alternator.
