Timing Belt Slipping.. Help!

Default Timing Belt Slipping.. Help!

when i start the car, i noticed that the timing belt was slipping off the cam gears slowly..

anybody knows whats wrong? is it the tensioner? any help would be greatly appreciated.

tensioner probably bad. its probably not applying enough pressure like it should be sometimes they get stuck and dont push all the way against the timing belt
