I seem to think the complete opposite.. I seriously have no idea who either of these guys are but reading the two threads ej8chu seems to have done nothing wrong. Why would someone send bad ballasts and post them as working, you can not fake it so why even lie. The other guy should file a claim though just as the seller wishes on the other hand, and keep the calling out stuff to a min. thats just rude.

 

It would be different if the shipping company had been contacted and said they werent liable. Thats not the case though. The buyer has made no effort to contact the shipping company even though i have asked him to.....

I agree. He contacted me with the issue and i asked him to make a claim because i sent good ballasts to him. He is not cooperating. I will not go any farther with this until he makes a claim. I already sold him all of this crap for what the damn projectors are worth lol
