Coolant Hoses
I'm trying to understand this myself. I'm doing a B18C into a CRX. The diagram looks very similar.
What's that square block at the lower right corner? Is that for the heater? Our EF has a heater hose coming out of the firewall, where does that go if using this diagram?
Go to Delray Acura website, look up parts for LS integra under Water Hoses, you'll see an exploded diagram.

Guys its the same heater setup like with the d series. That little box is mounted with a bracket connects to the hose off the fire wall, and the other end gets the hose off the motor

Thanks for the pictures.
In your 2nd and 3rd picture, under the green plug, there's a small water connection that is not used. Did you cap it off or do you need to run it back to the thermo housing just like the first diagram (2 red circles)? My thermo housing doesn't have that extra inlet.

The b18a1 is an older motor and has that extra port which attaches to the metal tubing that go from your valve cover to your intake arm. You can eliminate that and run a straight hose. But since you have a b18c it must go somewhere else. Take some pics and i can help you out.

Thanks for the offer. I'll definitely take some pics.
I started a thread about this in the Integra forum but nobody was able to help me.

I have some pics and diagram there. Everything looks like what's shown on your 3 pictures. I know that connection under the green plug should go to the metal tubing toward the intake back to the thermo housing. I just don't have another connection on the thermo housing for it or anywwhere else.

SO do you have the JDM housing with only a single nipple??
Or do you have the US housing?
Also, if you putting it in the crx....and you have the 2 main heater hoses connected like in the pics above and your sure you have no extra nipple on the head or manifold then cap it! The rex never had that on its thermo housing!

I have both thermo housings, but I'm using the JDM one. As you can see in both, C connector is missing.
Here's a picture of my current project, sorry for the terrible picture angle. Basically, "A" is looped back into the head at the intake manifold. "B" is connected to the heater hose at the firewall. "C" is supposed to go back to the upper radiator hose, but it's missing.

I think I'll just cap it off.
To the original poster, sorry if I have hijacked the thread.
Surely its for the Heater Matrix Return?
As on the USDM main coolant neck/pipe (that runs from the water pump to the Thermostat) there are 3 nipples, Heater Outlet, Oil Cooler and IACV, where as on the JDM there are only 2, Oil Cooler and IACV
Basically instead of being on the Pipe its on the Thermo neck instead
