A better quality header and those cams with proper tuning should gain you some good gains

I'm assuming the car was tuned with engine management correct? So why the addition of a really shitty B&M fpr? Yeah - and do like everyone else does, buy a Ebay/Rage/WhoisDan/MF/Omni/High End/Blox "header."

my friend has hytech rep headers hes going to sell so i might pick them up and he has a similar setup and was told to get 440s but im thinking they are a bit big for the setup

im looking into it would the prostage 2 do it or should i go with a bigger cam like the pro stage 3 cam or what other options do i have ?

yes it was tuned on hondata and i herd the b&m was pretty decent? with out the high price tag. and like i said i just wanted to get the car back on the road again drivable so i took the cheapest way out but i might get into a better header for sure.

186whp is pretty good for stock port/stock cams...
Definately get some better cams, itll change how the whole engine breathes...
As far as injectors go, there is a calculator at http://www.rceng.com

ONny your tuner will be able to tell you what size injectors you need by measuring the duty cycle on the dyno.. I would venture to guess 310s or 370s would work for that setup.

Cams are going to REALLY open up this setup. I have basically the exact same setup and even though you didn't post a dyno I'm willing to bet there is a huge hp jump at VTEC due to you being under-cammed.

Do NOT go with the pro 3.. that is WAY to big for this setup.. you are on the border between pro 1 and 2.. the 2 will probably be fine.

I'd leave the TB untill later, you can easily hit 200whp and more with a stock 60mm.

hytech replicas are ok for the money, you would be better off with a real header for this setup. FYI I have a VERY similar setup and my comptech header **** all over my hytech rep under 7500... as much as 10whp at some rpms.

wouldent a throttle body give you better responce over the 60mm and yeah im problably going to go with the pro 2 cams. and comptech headers are expensive lol i dont have that money yet but if i found a used set out here in ny it would be worth it probably

ECU tuning It will be tricky to tune that well with FPR.

what do you mean it will be hard to tune with the fpr ? should i just leave a stock one on it ? or is it worth getting a better fpr if you could give me some pros and cons that would be great.

the prostage 2 should be good for mysetup im guessing? any other cams that would mabee give me more power ?

i have the throttlebody allready but havent installed it yet would it screw up my current tune if i did install it ? or should i put it on when i get the cams and everything else to get it retuned. ?
