please give steps for removing the door panels on a 96 civic and any help with the below problem will be greatly appreciated also.

on my 96 civic lx the passenger window has been a little tempermental for a while. last week I took my mom to a doctors appointment and she put the window down and it would not go back up which has happend before. I just had to go over a bump or sometimes just wait a few hours and it would work. well this time it never did so I tried replacing the master switch in the drivers door (very expensive) which did not help the problem at all and now when I press the passenger button down it will lock my power door locks with both the new master switch and the old one(the power door locks have also been tempermental in working for quite some time).

at this point while it would be nice to get this fixed but I would be happy in just getting the window up so I can drive the car without the outside elements getting inside the car. if i can get to the motor I plan to try to hook it to a battery and roll it up.

I had to take the door panel off my 93 civic u take the screws off the inter door when u open it. then where theres the door handle u take off the plastic part and there should be another screw behind there. after that just pull up and it comes right off

 

thanks for the reply I took all the screws loose I thought but didn't think about the speaker and the ones behind it. lol thing was rock solid until i took those loose.
