raged on the car now it bogs down

Default raged on the car now it bogs down

so i decited to run thru all my gears today,well the car pulled really nice,when i got to the stop sign i took off and it seem to bog up and down,its almost like a machine gun sound,if a feather the pedal it runs fine but if i give it some gas it starts to bog...

the motor is a b16a3

Sounds like the engine is missing it's probably either the spark plugs, plug wires or cap. I changed my plug wires and it fixed this problem for me.

I agree w/ jdm_902

pull your plugs first check them out - make sure no oil or anything anywhere on them make sure they look good..

If you have anything such as oil on 1 or 2 of them which will cause it to ground out and miss - replace your valve cover gasket kit, plugs and wires and save yourself the headache

it started messin up right after i step on it..im gonna check the plugs when I get home,if there fine i might have jumped a tooth of timing

it seems two of my spark plug cables were loose,i have not turn on the car yet till i get some advice.

it didn't jump a tooth on the timing, I went through all the big things that could have happened and it was a watse of time, just check your plugs & wires.

well i put new plug wires,now it runs fine until i decide to floor it,then it bogs down at low rpms like between 3k and 4k after that it runs fine.i really dont know what it is,if i turn off the car it runs fine again
