your gonna complain when it blows out your ear drums...it's just gonna be a waste of money getting the axle back welded on...

He means you are gonna get a new exhaust from the axles back....and the muffler is going to be loud which will draw attention to the Mustangs, Camaros and Corvettes that love to see a Civic with a loud exhaust so I hope you can back up the loud sound......and it will be high pitched like a weed eater or a wet fart so it's gonna sound retarded....i would youtube civic exhaust so you can hear various brands and then order the lowest and deepest one

dnx is made by dynomax. they build quality stuff. summitracing sells them. if the post ****** did some research before flaming you they wouldve known that too. guess thats why they call it hater-tech.
anyway they have the bolt in stainless mid section for civics to. its only a little over a hundred. i would do that before i paid an exhaust shop for some crushed and gonna rust. http://www.summitracing.com just use their search bar.

I never said that it was or was not made by dynomax....dynomax's mufflers for muscle cars and imports do not sound the best....hooker, flowmaster and borla sound WAY better when it comes to muscle cars....Apexi, Top Speed Pro-1, and Bomz Racing sound WAY better for imports. I have tried and heard all these, trust me and get a different muffler

I lol when you said Bomz Racing's for imports....

I'm running a 2.25" full piping to a Dynomax muffler and it's fine. It's not too loud at idling and does its job at WOT. I have a buddy who's running a 3" piping set up to a Flowmaster muffler and it sounds mean as hell...Just get the DNX muffler, weld it on and post pics, end of story.

A local shop owned by some friends of mine got some free DNX stuff a while back. The build quality was decent (neither great nor terrible) but it really did sound like crap.

it was on a z6 and it sounded pretty good, and it was free. my local exhust place is doing 2 1/2 from the cat back and then welding it on. and whoever said that stuff about mustangs and **** wanting to race me. well i have had 2 friends die from raceing, so im not into the street raceing scene really. i just like to build cars and have fun with them so they can look and rev there engines all they want but in the end they are the ones gettin pulled over. and thanks JSPECSIR for the back up

Thanks for the back up HAHAHA....dude if you had your heart set on the DNX then why did you want to know how it sounds....all were saying is there are WAY better sounding mufflers out there and that is answering your question....I personally would go with a Flowmaster like VN said...but I guess since you are defending the DNXs honor with your dying breath, just install the dang thing and quit wasting our time when you ask us a question and you totally shoot people down....jesus the nerve of some people...hehe

BTW....I had a Bomz racing muffler on my RX-7 and my buddy had one on his Accord. I know its a cheaper brand but as far as "coffee can" style mufflers they sound AWESOME.

how about you dont get the [freak] on here and post questions about how stuff sounds and when one person tells you some good info on it you wanna say "thanks for the backup" like you had your heart set on not taking anybodys opions in the first place and are without a shadow of a doubt gonna install the DNX muffler and everybody else is telling you it sounds like ***.....so who is the dumbass that asked for opinions and is now not wanting to hear them...hmmm. BTW, your exhaust is gonna sound like my nephews Pocket Rocket so I'm not the one who's gonna get laughed at so go for it
