Default 00 si b16a2 tranny with Type R ITR block what clutch kit to use ???

I have a 2000 civic SI trans with an integra 1.8L block. I know all b-series trans will bolt up but do I choose tranny side or engine side for the clutch and flywheel kit? Do I need b16 clutch or type R clutch?

Autozone for example has dif part numbers for the clutch kit and flywheel for 00 si and 01 itr...but online stores use the same part numbers. If they are all interchangable, then why was there a drilling noise when the clutch pedal was more than half way down and gears were grinding. It is brand new block with brand new clutch kit and flywheel with a good b16a2 tranny?

Only difference is the amount of bolts on the pressure plate...just by a flywheel/clutch combo for the same engine and you're fine
