either an LS/VTEC or CRVTEC for that kinda power. Nice set of cams and a ported head doesnt really matter which head, GSR, B16A, TypeR and some high comp pistons. It realy depends on what you wanna spend aswell. You could go a mostly all OE route, IE: CTR pistons, CTR/ITR cams and IM or you could go aftermarket. Also, its all in the tune, if your tune is **** it dont matter what you got in your motor

Joliet, nice place. I raced there back when BOTI had their last event there. Everyone there was nice.

Anyways, 220 can be had relatively easily:
take a b20 bottom end (or sleeved B motor)
add pistons/rods to bring the compression around 12:1
take a head and send it off to a reputable porter (RLZ, Portflow, Alaniz, etc)
Buy good valvetrain, cams springs/ret
buy good header (SMSP, hytech, SSR,, etc)
buy goot IM and TB
get hondata or better
have it built then tuned by someone who knows a thing or 2.
that should get you your goal.

this is probably the easiest way to get 220+whp.!

11:1 + unsleeved/stock stroke b16 + NA

you need to remove one of the above to get 220. and even if you do, it will be pretty hard to make 220 and be streetable.
I recommend going with a b20 motor and leaving it 11-11.5:1
