Alright, I need help figuring out what the culprit is that's causing this:

My idle doesn't seem to hold when the headlights/foglights are on. For example, night driving.

When I reach a stoplight and sit there, the idle starts to struggle, sometimes dropping as low as near stall where the cluster lights dim.

The idle also seems to be affected when I'm holding down the brakes. If I release the brake pedal quickly, the idle surges back up.

Anyone have any idea what's causing my idle to drop? It seems electrical somewhat? Since it seems to occur more frequently when the headlights/foglights/brake lights are on.

IMO could be your battery conections. and or ground cables....
take off your battery wires and clean them really good with a wire brush and put some dieelectrical grease on the terminals to keep them from coroding up. and if your ground wire has any green on the wire around the rubber coated areas then replace the wire! the corosion is on the inside of the wires.
dont forget about the front motor ground and side tranny ground wires. those 2 wires always seem to be striped back and easy exposed wires for dirt and rust to hurt current flow.

and if all of the wires and conections look good then take your car into a autoparts store that does free alternator/battery tests and have your alternator and battery tested out and replace if weak.
