Default skunk2 stage2 cams with 70lb or 85lb supertech valve spring rate

i searched quite a bit and nothing so i though id post it real quick

logic would tell me the 70lb springs but i wanted to see what others thought about it, obviously someone with more experience than me could probably answer really fast or educate me on the subject. Please if your just guessing or assuming please don't reply because it really doesn't help anyone, me or people searching in the future to answer the same question. thanks

on ipg-supertech's web site it claims the 70lb springs are good for 14mm max lift so im wondering if that's legit or not?

What do people usually get with what cams, what are the differences in 70lb vs 85lb as far as (here it comes, it never gets old lol) a daily driver goes. I would think if the spring is too stiff than you would have excessive ware on the valvetrain and if the springs are too soft than you could float a valve? I should know but I dont

crower chromoly steel retainers is what will be used with the supertech springs if that makes a difference.
