Default need advice on b20vtec project

whats up people. Im currently working on a b20vtec project and need some advice on how to get this motor running correctly. Okay this is what im working with: B20 jdm block with golden eagle block guard, golden eagle forged rods , forged 27lbs crank, 12:5-1 comp. pistons at 84.5 bore, type r head ported and polished 5 angle valve job , skunk 2 valvetrain and skunk2 pro series stage 3 cams. planning to get a regular gsr ecu to adjust the valves first then throw in my p28 hondata s300 ecu for tunning. Need advice as far as trannys are concerned and a good tunning garage plus im always open to others opinions on the project. thanks and hit me up.
