Gas pedal help

I have a 91 accord ex manual 5spd and recently when i shift gears, the rpm would ram 2 rpm more. On 5th gear on the highway, the gas pedel would be stuck, feels like a auto crusie... please help me. thanks in advance

A stuck gas pedal? What does the motor idle at?

Does your car have cruise control?? If so could be something to do with that. But a lil more facts plz!! then Ill see what advice I can dish out...
